As a Service Technician with AST, you will collaborate with each team member to help ensure customers systems are running smoothly 24-7 365. We would love to talk to you about coming to work for a growing company

Service technicians interact with customers every day. You must enjoy working with people and technology. An ideal candidate would be experienced in troubleshooting electronic systems and self driven with an appropriate sense of when to escalate a problem to a more experienced technician, engineer, or technical support team.
Responsibilities
- Manage support tickets
- Interact professionally with customers
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks
- Act as an ambassador for our organization
- Maintain Security Sensitive Information
Must Have
- Preference for some undergrad experience
- Bachelor degree preferred but not required
- Customer service skills and experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Highly creative and autonomous
- No felonies, or averse criminal history
Nice to have
- Experience working with technology
- Video/access/intrusion specific experience
- Experience with industrial networks
- Strong analytical skills
- Bachelors degree
